All tools ordered will ship the following day after it is ordered. All orders will ship for $10.95 item. After your order is made you will get an email with a receipt and order number.
Life Time Warranty:
We have a life time Warranty on all handles. If it breaks just pay to mail it back to us and we will send you a new one free of charge. Email us first to get a Return Item Number (RIN). Once you have your RIN you can ship it back to us and we will ship you a brand new one.
Returns:
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase you can do so with in 30 Days of the Purchased Date. Your Scraper will need to be unused and in brand new factory condition for a refund. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you have your RMA Number and approval for a return you can pay to send your tool back for a full refund of the purchased price less shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 Days.
